Balsamic Steak Marinade


  • 1/4 c. Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Szeged’s Steak Rub or McCormicks’s Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. Szeged’s Hot Paprika (optional)


  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place London Broil / Steak in large glass or ceramic baking dish. Pour Marinade over meat, cover and refrigerate.
  • Marinate at least 4 hours – best if overnight or even 24 hours.


  • Remove meat from marinade and grill as usual.
