- 1/4 c. Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Szeged’s Steak Rub or McCormicks’s Montreal Steak seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. Szeged’s Hot Paprika (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place London Broil / Steak in large glass or ceramic baking dish. Pour Marinade over meat, cover and refrigerate.
- Marinate at least 4 hours – best if overnight or even 24 hours.
- Remove meat from marinade and grill as usual.
