Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 or 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 5 oz (small)can sliced Mushrooms, drained
- Seasonings
- 2 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce
- 10 oz Baby Leaf Spinach, chopped
- 10.5 oz can Cream of Celery (or Mushroom) Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Use a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic; cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbly and Onions are translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add Mushrooms and Seasonings, stir and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add Spinach, cook and stir until Spinach is wilted, 5 minutes.
- Add Soup and Sour Cream, stir until well mixed in; continue to heat, 5 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to Casserole Dish and cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Notes
Cholula Hot Sauce is not as hot as other hot sauces like Frank’s Hot Sauce or Tobasco. So adjust accordingly.
