Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (or Meatloaf Mix)
- 3/4 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl mix Soup Mix and Bread Crumbs.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. In a 13X9 inch baking dish or roasting pan, shape into loaf. Bake uncovered until done, about 1 hour. Let Stand for 10 minutes (will be easier to slice).
Notes
If using 1.5 lbs of Ground Beef / Meatloaf mix reduce the other ingredients accordingly: 3 tbsp Soup Mix; 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs; 2 Eggs; 1/2 cup Water; 1/4 cup Ketchup.
