Souper Skillet Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1-1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni or Tortini (Corkscrews)
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry Onion Soup mix (e.g. Liptons)
  • 1 (28 ounce) can Whole Peeled Tomatoes undrained and chopped
  • 2 cups Water
  • 5 oz Baby Leaf Spinach, or Arugala
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
    • 1/4 tsp (or more to taste) Crushed Red Pepper
    • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella

Directions

  • In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the Ground Beef until crumbly and no pinks hows; drain.
  • Stir in Onion Soup mix, Seasonings, Tomatoes and Water. Bring to a boil. Stir in Macaroni. Simmer covered, stirring occaisionally, for 2o minutes.
  • Sprinkle in Parmesan Cheese, stir. Top with Mozzarella
