- 4 to 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Your favorite Barbecue Sauce (e.g. Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory and Brown Sugar)
- 4 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- Mix 1/2 cup of BBQ Sauce with Vinegar and Garlic Salt. Marinate Chicken Thighs in the mixture for a few hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Arrange marinated Chicken Thighs in a baking dish. Discard the marinade. Baste tops of the Thighs with BBQ Sauce. Bake for 30 or 40 minutes.
