Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  • 4 to 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce (e.g. Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 4 tbsp White Wine Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar can be used)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Preparation
  • In a one or two cup Measuring Cup, add BBQ Sauce, Wine Vinegar and Garlic Salt. Mix well.
  • Place Chicken in a gallon sized Ziploc. Pour Sauce mixture over the Chicken Thighs and massage until Chicken is well coated; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for an hour or more.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Arrange marinated Chicken Thighs in a baking dish. Discard the marinade. Baste tops of the Thighs with BBQ Sauce. Bake for 20, flip and bake for another 15 or 20 minutes.
  • Serve.
