Ingredients
- 4 Skinless Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 6 Chicken Italian Sausage (hot and/or sweet)
- 2 Lamb Chops
- 4 Medium Yellow Onion, quartered
- 1/2 cup Dry Vermouth or White Wine
- McCormick Grill Mates MONTREAL CHICKEN seasoning, or
- Garlic Salt
- Italian Seasoning
- Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Brush bottom of baking dish with Olive Oil
- Arrange Chicken, Sausage and Onions in baking dish
- Sprinkle your Seasonings on Chicken, Sausage and Onions
- Pour Dry Vermouth into baking dish
- Place Lamb Chops on top
- Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours
- Remove cover and continue to bake until Chicken is browned (15 to 30 minutes longer)
- Serve
