BBQ Chicken Thigh Filets
Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Filets
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Barbecue Sauce (e.g. Stubb’s Original or Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Preparation
Preheat Grill to 350 / 400 F.
Open Filets and arrange on a baking sheet or in a large casserole dish. Baste with Olive Oil and season with Garlic Salt, and baste with BBQ Sauce. Flip and repeat.
Lightly oil the Grill with EVOO.
Place Filets on the Grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Using an instant read digital thermometer check temperature of the Filets. They are done when thermometer reads 165 F.
