BBQ Chicken Thigh Filets

Ingredients
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Filets
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt
  • Barbecue Sauce (e.g. Stubb’s Original or Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Preparation
  • Preheat Grill to 350 / 400 F.
  • Open Filets and arrange on a baking sheet or in a large casserole dish.  Baste with Olive Oil and season with Garlic Salt, and baste with BBQ Sauce. Flip and repeat.
  • Lightly oil the Grill with EVOO.
  • Place Filets on the Grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Using an instant read digital thermometer check temperature of the Filets. They are done when thermometer reads 165 F.
