Chicken Pasta in White Wine Garlic Sauce


  • 1 lb Chicken Cutlets cut into small pieces
  • 1 cp. Yellow Onions, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cp. White Wine or Dry Vermouth
  • 1 (14 oz.) Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1lb. Pasta – your choice


  • Prepare Pasta, meanwhile…
  • In a large skillet or wok, over medium high heat saute Mushrooms until they become tender
  • Add Onions, continue to saute until onions are tende
  • Add Chicken, continue to saute until Chicken is cooked (will have turned white)
  • Add White Wine and bring to a boil
  • Add Italian Seasoning, Crushed Red Pepper, Crushed Garlic, Garlic Salt and Diced Tomatoes
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes
  • Add Pasta, toss and serve
