Healthy Fried Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • Garlic Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • (Sweet) Paprika
  • Olive Oil
  • Cooking Spray (PAM)

Preparation

  • Preheat Oven to 400
  • Put Tin Foil on a cookie baking sheet and spray with Cooking Spray
  • Place Chicken Thighs on baking sheet
  • Generously season both sides of Thighs with Garlic Salt and Garlic Powder
  • Generously season top of Thighs with Paprika
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then remove baking sheet from the oven
  • Switch oven to full broil; place baking sheet under the broiler for 5 or 10 minutes until Thigh tops appear to be crispy
  • Serve
