Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1 tsp dried Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420F.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup mix together all the Seasonings, then set it aside.
- Pat Chicken Drumsticks dry with a paper towel and trim any excess skin.
- Place Drumsticks in a large (gallon size) ziptop bag, add EVOO. Zip close the bag and shake to coat Drumsticks with EVOO.
- Add Seasoning Mix to bag, close and shake until Drumsticks are well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper cut to size. (Or use aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.) Put a baking/cooling rack on top of the parchment paper.
- Place Drumsticks on baking sheet, then place on middle rack of oven for 40 minutes turning over at 20 minutes.
- Chicken must have an internal temperature of 185-195F for the meat to be tender and moist.
- Let Drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
- Seasoning the Chicken can be done an hour or so before baking to let the Spices work their magic.

- Make a batch of the seasonings mixture and store is an empty grated cheese jar. Here are the measurements for about 1/2 cup:
