Tortia Encrusted Chicken


  • 1 pound Thin sliced Cicken Cutlets
  • 1 Egg, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned Tortia Chips, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Chunky Salsa
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Taco blend)


  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Mix Tortia Chips, Flour and Garlic Salt in a large flat bottomed bowl
  • Dip Chicken Cutlets in Egg, then coat with Tortia Chip and Flour mixture
  • Fry Cutlets in Olive Oil and Butter until golden about 3 minutes each side
  • Lay Cutlets in a Baking Dish, top with Chunky Salsa
  • Bake Cutlets for 10 miuntes
  • Remove Cutlets from Oven, sprinkle Shredded Chees on top, return to Oven for 5 more minutes
  • Serve
