Baked Cod With Salsa


  • Cod Fillet
  • Chunky Salsa
  • Seasoned Tortia Chips, crushed
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Taco blend)
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt


  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Rub Olive Oil onboth sides of Cod Fillets
  • Lightly season both sides with Garlic Salt
  • Sprinkle both sides with crushed Tortia Chips
  • Lay Cod Fillets in baking dish
  • Spoon Salsa on top of fillets
  • Bake for 24 minutes, then sprinkle Cheese on top
  • Bake for 5 minutes more
  • Serve with Brown Rice
