Ingredients
- Cod Fillet
- Chunky Salsa
- Seasoned Tortia Chips, crushed
- Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Taco blend)
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Rub Olive Oil onboth sides of Cod Fillets
- Lightly season both sides with Garlic Salt
- Sprinkle both sides with crushed Tortia Chips
- Lay Cod Fillets in baking dish
- Spoon Salsa on top of fillets
- Bake for 24 minutes, then sprinkle Cheese on top
- Bake for 5 minutes more
- Serve with Brown Rice
