Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  • Mix melted Butter, EVOO, and Shrimp in a large flat bottomed bowl
  • Mix Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Minced Garlic, and Paprika in another large flat bottomed bowl
  • Add Shrimp to Bread Crumb mixture, mix until Shrimp is coated with the Bread Crumb mixture
  • Spray Baking Dish with Olive Oil cooking spray. Add Shrimp, spreading out evenly. Any left over Bread Crumb mixture should be sprinkled on top of the Shrimp in the baking dish. Dust with grated Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes.

Notes

  • If Shrimp is frozen, defrost and let set until near room temperature. Otherwise the cold Shrimp will cause the Butter and Olive Oil mixture to congeal.
