A great way to prepare Salmon and/or Steelhead Trout. The marinade is based on my “One, Two, Three Marinade” principal. Serve this with OreIda Tater Tots and you’ve got an outstanding meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb – Atlantic Salmon fillet
- 3 tblsp – Olive Oil
- 2 tblsp – Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp – Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp – Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp – Paprika
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray (PAM®)
Preparation
- Cut Salmon into serving size pieces
- Make Marinade by vigorously whisking Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Salt, Pepper and Paprika in measuring cup or small bowl
- Spray baking dish with Cooking Spray
- Arrange Salmon pieces in baking dish; brush with Marinade until well coated; wait 30 or more minutes
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Bake Fillets 12 to 15 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily with a fork
- Use Spatula to lift Fillets from baking dish, leaving skin behind
