Baked Salmon

A great way to prepare Salmon and/or Steelhead Trout. The marinade is based on my “One, Two, Three Marinade” principal. Serve this with OreIda Tater Tots and you’ve got an outstanding meal.

  • 1 lb – Atlantic Salmon fillet
  • 3 tblsp – Olive Oil
  • 2 tblsp – Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp – Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp – Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp – Paprika
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray (PAM®)
  • Cut Salmon into serving size pieces
  • Make Marinade by vigorously whisking Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Salt, Pepper and Paprika in measuring cup or small bowl
  • Spray baking dish with Cooking Spray
  • Arrange Salmon pieces in baking dish; brush with Marinade until well coated; wait 30 or more minutes
  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Bake Fillets 12 to 15 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily with a fork
  • Use Spatula to lift Fillets from baking dish, leaving skin behind
