Ingredients
1 lb raw Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
24 oz Arrabbiata Marinara Sauce, e.g. Rao’s
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
8 oz (1/2 box) cooked Linguine pasata
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat EVOO in large skillet over medium high heat and stir-fry Shrimp until it turns opaque / pink, about 4 to 6 minutes. Remove Shrimp to a plate.
Heat some more EVOO in the same skillet and stir-fry Onions until tender. Stir in the Basil, Garlic and Oregano, cook for one more minute. Stir in the Arrabbiata Sauce, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Stir in the Shrimp, then toss with Linguine. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
