Shrimp Bell Pepper Saute

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw Shrimp
  • Garlic Salt, Coarse Ground Black Pepper and Paprika to taste 
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 3 large Yellow Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup  Dry White Wine
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Pat Shrimp dry, season Shrimp with Garlic Salt, Black Pepper and Paprika. Set Shrimp aside. 
  • Heat Butter and Olive Oil in large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add Onions and Bell Peppers, saute covered, stirring occasionally, until Onions are translucent and Bell Peppers are softened – about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add Garlic Salt, Italian Seasoning, Black Pepper and Garlic, mix well and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the Dry White Wine and Tomato Paste, stir. Continue to saute covered for a couple more minutes.
  • Add the seasoned Shrimp, cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
