Chicken Dry Rub
Ingredients
4 tbsp Seasoned Salt e.g. Simply Organic All-Seasons Salt
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Red Pepper (Cayenne)
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour into an airtight container.
To use, pat Chicken dry with paper towels. Optionally lightly oil Chicken. Generously sprinkle with the Dry Rub. Let stand for 30 minutes or more before baking or grilling.
Notes
This will make about 8 tablespoons of Dry Rub – enough fro about 4 pounds of Chicken
