- 4 tbsp Seasoned Salt e.g. Simply Organic All-Seasons Salt
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper (Cayenne)
- Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour into an airtight container.
- To use, pat Chicken dry with paper towels. Optionally lightly oil Chicken. Generously sprinkle with the Dry Rub. Let stand for 30 minutes or more before baking or grilling.
- This will make about 8 tablespoons of Dry Rub – enough fro about 4 pounds of Chicken
