Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients
4 Lamb Chops
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp coarse ground Black Pepper
Preparation
In a small bowl mix EVOO, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper. Place Lamb Chops in a gallon sized Zip Lock bag, pouring marinade. Marinate 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove Chops from the refrigerator and take out of the bag. Place Chops on dish bring to room temperature (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Meanwhile fire up the Grill. When temperature reaches 400 to 5oo F, grill Chops, about 5 minutes each side.
