Grilled Lamb Chops

  • 4 Lamb Chops
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp coarse ground Black Pepper
  • In a small bowl mix EVOO, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper. Place Lamb Chops in a gallon sized Zip Lock bag, pouring marinade. Marinate 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Remove Chops from the refrigerator and take out of the bag. Place Chops on dish bring to room temperature (about 20 to 30 minutes).
  • Meanwhile fire up the Grill. When temperature reaches 400 to 5oo F, grill Chops, about 5 minutes each side.
  • Serve.
