Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb ground Meatloaf Mix (beef, pork, and veal), or substitute lean Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup finely chopped Onion
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Milk
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In large bowl mix all Meatloaf Ingredients
- Shape Meatloaf and place on a non-stick baking sheet
- Bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160F
- Let Meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving
