Home-Style Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb ground Meatloaf Mix (beef, pork, and veal), or substitute lean Ground Beef
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In large bowl mix all Meatloaf Ingredients
  • Shape Meatloaf and place on a non-stick baking sheet
  • Bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160F
  • Let Meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving
