Don’t have a suitable Pork Rub on hand (e.g. Szeged’s)? Well fear not. Here’s the MyHogan alternative!
- 2 tsp – Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp – Paprika
- 1/2 tsp – Hot Paprika
- 1/2 tsp – Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp – Ground Mustard
Preparation and Use
- Mix all ingredients in a small dish (e.g. custard dish)
- Using fingers, pinch small amounts of Pork Rub and sprinkle onto meat that has been coated with Olive Oil.
- Using finger tips, rub seasonings to even coat meat.
