Bruschetta-Style Spaghetti


  • 1 pkg RONZONI HELATHY HARVEST Thin Spaghetti
  • 1 can Del Monte Petite Diced Tomatoes in Garlic and Olive Oil
  • 2 tblsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tTblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt
  • Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Crushed Red Pepper


  • Cook pasta. Meanwhile…
  • Heat a large sauté pan over medium high heat; add EEVO
  • Add Minced Garlic and cook until golden
  • Add Diced Tomaotes and Balsamic Vinegar
  • Season with Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add Pasta, toss to mix
  • Serve with Grated Parmesan Cheese and Crushed Red Pepper
