Ingredients
- Cooked, half butt ham
- Can Chicken Broth
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place Ham cut side down, on wire rack in baking pan.
- Add Chicken Broth.
- Tent with aluminum foil.
- Baked 15 minutes per pound.
- Remove foil for last 30 minutes in order to brown the ham.
- Make gravy using the drippings in the pan.
