Baked Ham


  • Cooked, half butt ham
  • Can Chicken Broth


  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Place Ham cut side down, on wire rack in baking pan.
  • Add Chicken Broth.
  • Tent with aluminum foil.
  • Baked 15 minutes per pound.
  • Remove foil for last 30 minutes in order to brown the ham.
  • Make gravy using the drippings in the pan.
