Ingredients
- Dutch Yellow Peewee Potatoes, sliced in half
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Seasonings (actually your choice, Adobo Seasoning with Black Pepper works really well too)
- Garlic Salt
- Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- Thyme (or Crushed Rosemary)
- Cooking Spray (PAM)
Preparations
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- In a large bowl, add sliced Peewee Potatoes, drizzle with EVOO, apply Seasonings, mix well and let set for 20 minutes or so
- Spray a baking sheet with Cooking Spray (PAM)
- Arrange Potatoes, in a single layer, skin side down
- Bake / Roast for 10 to 15 minutes (May use a 400 F oven and bake for 30 minutes)
