Brush on / spray meat (chicken or steak) with Olive Oil; sprinkle on Grill Mate seasoning; pat / rub into meat; wait 1/2 hour or more before grilling.

- 1/4 c. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasonng
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Add 1 lb. Chicken; marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator; grill.
Montreal Steak Peppered Steak Marinade
- 1/2 c. Olive Oil
- 1/4 c. Soy or Terriyaki Sauce
- 4 tsp. Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Add 1 to 2 lbs. Steak; marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator; discard marinade; grill.
Sizzlin’ Steak a la Montreal
- 4 tsp. Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 cp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Ground Mustard
- Add 1 to 2 lbs. Steak; marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator; discard marinade; grill.
